G. NAGLE BRIDWELL, PRESIDENT
PRINCIPAL

As founder and President of Ultimate Resource, Inc., Nagle Bridwell focuses on all aspects of the company's merger and acquisition services. Mr. Bridwell began his career in healthcare with the acquisition of Accurate Medical, a home medical equipment (HME) company. During his realm as President and CEO, Mr. Bridwell grew the company from one location to six and played an integral role in the development of the HME industry as it is today. Mr. Bridwell was one of the founders and served on the Board of Directors of NADMAC (a forerunner to NAMES and The American Association for Homecare), the New Jersey Association of Medical Equipment Suppliers (JAMES), and the Pennsylvania Association of Medical Suppliers (PAMS). Mr. Bridwell was also one of five founders of the independent dealer organization MED (Medical Equipment Distributors, later renamed The MED Group).

In 1980, Mr. Bridwell sold Accurate Medical to Abbey Medical, now Apria Healthcare, and joined Abbey as Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic states. At the close of a successful tenure with Abbey, Mr. Bridwell established Universal Management Systems, a full service consulting firm that later specialized in mergers and acquisitions, changing its name to Ultimate Resource, Inc. Today, Mr. Bridwell heads a team of industry experts in mergers and acquisitions that are dedicated to creating win-win transactions.

REGINA BIENKOWSKI, VICE PRESIDENT
PRINCIPAL

Regina (Gina) Bienkowski joined Nagle Bridwell as Partner and Vice President of Ultimate Resource, Inc. in 1996. With diverse business analysis experience, Ms. Bienkowski readily participates in all transactions within the company.

Prior to specializing in mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Bienkowski was the Vice President of Finance and Operations with Universal Management Systems (UMS), a full-service home medical equipment (HME) consulting firm that later divested the mergers and acquisitions division to form Ultimate Resource, Inc. Prior to joining UMS, Ms. Bienkowski held the Financial Analyst position at Gracecare, Inc., a corporation that owns and manages nursing homes. Ms. Bienkowski's primary responsibility was the development of a comprehensive financial model for use in an initial public offering. Additionally, Ms. Bienkowski held the District Accountant position in the Philadelphia region of Homedco, Inc., a forerunner to Apria Healthcare.

Ms. Bienkowski received her MBA, with an emphasis in health care, from Widener University.

DOUG ARNESON, ASSOCIATE

Doug Arneson joined Ultimate Resource in 1996 as an Associate specializing in home medical equipment (HME) and related industry transactions. With over 25 years in the healthcare industry, Mr. Arneson brings specialized industry knowledge and a wealth of merger and acquisition experience to the negotiation table.

Mr. Arneson held a series of management positions for Abbey Home Health Care and Apria Healthcare, culminating as Regional Manager for the $45 million Upper Midwest Region in Apria Healthcare. During his tenure with the company, Mr. Arneson closed over 30 acquisitions on the buy side for more than $37 million in revenues. Since joining Ultimate Resource, Mr. Arneson has represented more than 20 owners in the successful sale of businesses. Maintaining a strong focus on completing the transaction to the client's satisfaction is key to Mr. Arneson's success in mergers and acquisitions.

MIKE BYERS, ASSOCIATE

Mike Byers has had a multi-faceted career that includes finance, healthcare, and entrepreneurial experience. Initially in the banking and investment industry, Mr. Byers has extensive experience in financial analysis and lending. In 1982, Mr. Byers acquired Total Mobility Systems and Designs Inc., a home medical equipment company. Under Mr. Byers' vision and leadership, Total Mobility grew 300 percent and was later sold to American HomePatient, where he headed the rehab locations in Oregon and Washington.

Mr. Byers has been active in various organizations throughout his career. He served as Treasurer and then as President of the Oregon Durable Medical Equipment Association. On the Board of Directors, he later assisted with the association's merger with the Washington State group to form PAMES, the Pacific Association of Medical Equipment suppliers. Mr. Byers also participated at the regional and national levels in the NAMES House of Delegates and the DMERC Advisory Committee.

Mr. Byers received his MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance, from the University of California at Berkeley.

MARK BRIDWELL, ASSOCIATE

Mark Bridwell, having grown up in the home medical equipment industry, learned early in life the importance and satisfaction of meeting people‘s needs. Pursuing a carreer in sales, he never lost site of the advantage of deriving win-win solutions to meet transaction goals. 

Mr. Bridwell's sales career began at AMP, Inc., now a division of TYCO. There, he negotiated national contracts with buyers, including major manufacturers in the medical industry and  developed regional and local accounts.  Upon leaving AMP, Mr. Bridwell joined Panduit. Here, Mr. Bridwell reviewed clients’ operations, providing practical solutions to their varying array of needs. During Mr. Bridwell‘s tenure with the company, he received numerous awards on a regional and national level. His specialty is focusing on what is necessary to obtain the right results for both sides of the party and bringing the process to a successful closure.

Mr. Bridwell received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA.

JIM BERG, ASSOCIATE

Jim Berg’s successful career spans many facets of post acute health care including home nursing, infusion therapy, PT practices and home medical equipment.  During this time, Mr. Berg participated in over 70 mergers, having represented both buyers and sellers at different stages of his career.

Mr. Berg’s background includes tenure with The Upjohn Co. Health Care Services Division, Caretec, Inc., IVonyx, Inc. and NovaCare, Inc. In 1994, Mr. Berg founded Centennial Consulting Group, Inc. to assist alternative site health care providers in mergers and acquisitions. With Centennial, he assisted sellers with more than 20 acquisitions nationwide, and successfully completed consulting engagements in various health care industries.  Most recently, Mr. Berg was the owner of Wellness Way, Inc., a Medicare and Medicaid certified home health agency.

Mr. Berg received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and took postgraduate courses toward an MBA in Financial Management at Illinois Benedictine College.
